CHANGE/CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Change/cancellation and refund policies.

Modifications to reservations are free if they are made 48 hours in advance of the rental start date.
If the vehicle is modified for one of greater value, you must pay the difference in price. If it is modified for a cheaper vehicle, there is no refund of money.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the rental start date. 35% of the payment will be retained due to the impossibility of being able to reserve the vehicle again.

When a client arrives after the stipulated period (maximum 48 hours after the start date of the rental), the company is obliged to make available a vehicle of the same range and price.

If the client returns the vehicle in perfect condition before the agreed completion date, the company does not refund any money.

If the rented vehicle has a defect, the customer must request a replacement from the company. The corresponding replacement is made, without refund of any money.
