TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of delivery of one of our vehicles, both parties must make sure that said vehicle is in perfect condition, at the time of delivering said vehicle it will be reviewed by both
parties, when the client returns the vehicle he will be responsible for any change or deterioration
• Each and every one of our clients who signs this contract agrees to cover the price of the vehicle in case of theft and pay for all damages caused to the vehicle while using the vehicle or while it is in their physical and legal possession, unless the client do not pay for full cover insurance
• Insurance: In the event that the client decides to pay full cover insurance and some type of altercation occurs, said vehicle using the insurance the company is responsible for covering the damages caused to this vehicle only with the FULL COVER insurance. Theft of the vehicle is not included in the insurance.
Each and every one of the clients who make a contract with our company must present their identifications such as passport, driver’s license and credit card (in case you are going to pay with a credit card), they must also leave their address, be it this that of the hotel that they are staying at as well as that of the place where they live (either here in this city or the city of origin).
* In case of making a return, each and every one of our clients must inform in advance at least one month before, that is in case of having a reservation. In the event that the client does not inform us with that time in advance, no type of money return is made and in case of making the return, the client will be charged 25% for it. If the client already has his vehicle in use, no type of return or money from the rental of the vehicle is made.
• Payment terms: credit cards, for payment with credit cards each and every one of our clients must present their passport or ID along with their credit card. The company must keep a copy of the passport as well as a copy of the credit card on both sides.
