Alberto Domenech2024-03-01Service was excellent. Car was clean and ready at pick up time. Euris was always explicid and suggested options. we rented the car for 10 days. There was a dash light ( apparently Tire pressure sensors) but it did not affect driving performance. The car was road worthy and driven easily. Service at One Road was efficient, professional and friendly.. We will recommend this Bussines to family and friend if they need a reliable car rental in Punta Cana. I will defiteny choose them again

Kamor Z2024-02-29Definitely recommend to rent a car here if you are in Punta Cana. The rental process was very smooth and we have been offered almost a brand new car for a quite competitive price. Simple contract with no hidden paragraphs. Since we were not coming back to the city we have been also offered to leave the car in Santo Domingo for an additional fee. The office was also very quickly responding all our questions at WhatsApp.

The next day, I found One Road Rent Car Punta Cana and they were the best! I would highly recommend renting from this company instead of the ones at the airport.
